Yes, most of our solutions have a dashboard to give visibility of how our services work. On default, end-users and their reseller will have access to the dashboard but resellers have an option if they would prefer their customers not to have access or vice versa.
Most of our solutions are fully managed by our SOC but we know that resellers and customers have different preferences which is why our SOC can act as your main cybersecurity team or as a back-up.
We don’t collect data, but only metadata of alerts making us compliant with different compliance regulations but we can set this up.
Most of our solutions are fully managed so no need to worry as we can do the heavy lifting for you. We also have the bluedog Academy where you can gain in-depth knowledge of our solution for free.
