Manage Users, Subscriptions and Invoicing
Quickly and simply create new PRISM users, control access, and deactivate users. Manage subscriptions, spend threshold notifications, and renew orders.
PRISM enables partners with annual orders to self-service order renewals, with no need to contact Crayon channel support. Users can also self-serve their operational contacts in PRISM by adding and editing usage reporting, invoicing and statement contacts.
Download invoices individually or in bulk as required, download attached CSV files with invoice line items, Azure data or purchase order confirmation.
Microsoft CSP partners have access to an even richer set of functions and features within PRISM. Upgrades to support the transition to Microsoft New Commerce Experience include:
- Create and manage tenants, connect or transition tenants to Microsoft CSP
- Create and manage monthly or annual NCE subscriptions, Azure Plan, Add Ons
- Run reports on active subscriptions, by customer, expiration dates or product. Or access audit records against tenants and or subscriptions
- Provision Azure Reservations
- Create and manage Azure spend notifications to keep an eye on Azure usage during the month
Unique Features for Microsoft CSP Partners
PRISM Connect is a Crayon proprietary application that integrates with supported PSAs such as Autotask, ConnectWise and Syncro with our PRISM portal.
PRISM Connect automatically transfers product and billing-related information to your instance of a supported PSA using a secure sync engine.
This connectivity eliminates your need to manually update the final invoices before sending them to your customers. PRISM Connect is currently available for Microsoft CSP program partners and can sync all monthly products in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program, including Azure.
PRISM Connect creates and updates products in the product catalogue based on the PRISM pricelist. After the products are “linked” in the catalogue (using the Vendor SKU) the Connect app will update the price and cost of the product, including your buy price and RRP.
PRISM Connect will also sync the standard monthly invoices for the program, creating prorated entries in your PSA.

Simplified Complex Billing
Consumption billing can be a beast to conquer. PRISM enables partners to easily track their billing, with consolidated invoices for each program, with data at a subscription, tenant and customer level, including pro-rata to the day. To onboard to a new program in PRISM, navigate to the Programs tab select “View More” on the Program you would like to be enrolled into.
Read the information and resources provided under the Program Information section. Partners can also view and download a copy of the current pricelist using the pricelist button. When ready to onboard select the Sign Up button.
On the Sign Up page, work through the designated tasks, these may include vendor pre-registration, select currency, provide vendor account IDs, read and accept Terms & Conditions/program guides. Once completed, select the Submit icon. After which our Operations team will enable your account for this program and let you know once completed via email.
