Risk and Resilience: Strategies for innovation focused businesses
You’re invited to join us at the Crayon Connect - Risk and Resilience in Sydney, taking place in 13th February 2025.
Crayon, a global leader in IT services and Innovation, is named a finalist at the ARN Innovation Awards 2024, joining a stellar line-up of partners, vendors, distributors, and individuals across Australia. The ARN Innovation Awards, now in its 17th year, celebrate the exceptional achievements of managed service providers, system integrators, value-added resellers, start-ups, and independent software vendors. They spotlight the best in Australia, elevating success stories that set new standards for excellence.
We’re thrilled to be finalists in four categories: Innovation for Good for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), Distributor for Software, Distributor Specialist, and Distributor for Creativity. These nominations reflect our dedication to helping our partners optimise their IT investments while driving meaningful digital transformations for their customers. Our approach is simple: put customers and partners first, challenge the status quo, and continually explore new possibilities.
Our Tech for Good (TFG) initiative is in the spotlight for the Innovation for Good for DE&I category. It goes beyond our own team, aiming to uplift the broader community. With a focus on our four pillars — People, Purpose, Planet, and Prosperity — TFG ensures non-profits can enhance their impact through more efficient, collaborative, and secure solutions. We’ve supported the organisations Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), Ability First, and WEstjustice, with our partners OPC IT, ONGC Systems, and humanIT, helping to break down technology barriers. As the largest Microsoft Tech for Social Impact (TSI) partner in Australia and the first APAC distributor, we work closely with non-profits to give them the technology they need to drive social change.
Our nomination as a finalist for Distributor for Software highlights our efforts in helping partners adopt Microsoft Copilot. We’ve focused on understanding their needs, providing the resources, workshop kits, and tailored support to help them make the most of Copilot. We break down the complexities of AI, making it easier for our partners to see how Copilot can fit into their operations. Our early access to this tool has given us a competitive edge, making us the second-largest provider of Copilot globally. Our partners are unlocking new potential and driving growth through our ongoing support.
Being named a finalist for the Distributor Specialist category recognises our commitment to our partners. We go beyond transactions, offering strategic support to help them discover new revenue opportunities. Initiatives like our Technology Advisory Group (TAG), Enablement Hub, Tech For Good (TFG), Partner to Partner, Partner Advisory Committee (PAC), and the ISV Innovation Hub present our capabilities in cloud services, AI, and digital transformation. With ties to over 40 leading solution providers, we ensure our partners stay ahead with the latest tools and insights.
We’re also proud to be finalists for the Distributor for Creativity category. This recognition is for our work with ISVs, helping them navigate growth, modernisation, and market expansion challenges. As one of the first distributors to launch a programme dedicated to ISVs, our ISV Innovation Hub offers tailored support, providing access to Crayon’s technical expertise, cloud, data, and AI specialists. Our collaboration with a pioneering logistics, maritime, and aviation software company helped them develop a powerful knowledge extraction tool, enhancing their market position and delivering real value.
Crayon remains committed to challenging what’s possible and supporting our partners. Being named a finalist in these prestigious ARN Innovation Award categories is a testament to the impact of our efforts across the industry.
